• Grundlagen grafischer Audio-Programmierung
• Klangsynthese und -verarbeitung
• Sequenzierung und Interaktion in Echtzeit
• Anwendung im Konzertkontext (Live-Elektronik)

Der Kurs richtet sich an Komposition- und Instrumentalstudierende ohne Vorkenntnisse in einer Programmiersprache.

The course offers a practice-oriented introduction to the free software Pure Data (PD) – from the basics of the graphical programming environment to creating your own patches for live electronics and instrumental performances. The course covers

• Basics of graphical audio programming
• Sound synthesis and processing
• Sequencing and interaction in real time
• Application in a concert context (live electronics)

The course is aimed at composition and instrumental students with no previous knowledge of a programming language.
